Ft solver (v3: numerical P-NTU inversion)
From the terminal temperatures the solver computes ε and C*, numerically inverts the arrangement's ε-NTU relation by bisection to find the actual NTU, and takes Ft = NTUₐ€/NTU (counter-current reference). Exact for every arrangement including all four crossflow mixing cases; isothermal phase change returns Ft = 1 automatically.

v3 thermal solving is segment-by-segment (12 duty slices) with local property evaluation per slice when fluid presets or phase change are active; lumped and segmented areas are both reported.

v3 adds: tubesheet bending stress, nozzle reinforcement area, thermal stress σ=EαΔT, fatigue cycle estimate (S-N screening), Euler tube buckling under differential-expansion load, nozzle spacing and gasket seating (y, m) checks. Screening only - not a code calculation.
